We have heard our customer's feedback and released an update to Propertyware tonight that includes great new features including customizable views and many enhancements to the lease's tenant ledger. New features included in the latest release include:
1. Tenant Ledger Summary Section. We have introduced a new section at the top of the tenant ledger that displays a summary of the current balance, total unpaid charges, sum of all prepayments, and the total security deposit held.
2. Running Balance on the Tenant Ledger. It is easier to view the summary of the charges, payments, and adjustments on each lease's tenant ledger with an improved running balance. You can now view any comments on charges or payments by mousing over the icon in the Action column.
3. Customizable Views for Reports and Quick Collect. You can now create saved views for the portfolios or buildings that your team manages. These saved views are available when generating reports or recording tenant payments received from the Money In tab's Quick Collect page.
