Propertyware’s new version of the Marketing Tab makes publishing vacancies to your Propertyware Marketing Website easier than ever. This version allows you to market your vacancies on your Marketing Website and dynamically control the rotating images which showcase your Featured Rentals on your website homepage, all from one simple location.
The revamped Marketing Tab is presented in an intuitive format and allows you to post your vacancies with a single click. These improvements make it effortlessly easy for your leasing representative to control the content that appears on your Propertyware Marketing Website and effectively search through property inventory when speaking to a potential prospect.
Enhancements to the Propertyware Marketing Tab include:
Improved Search Capabilities. The Marketing Tab’s enhanced search filters facilitate your view of unit inventory by portfolio or building, unit type (such as 1 bedroom/1 bath), the lease status attached to the searched units (such as active, draft, terminated or evicted), and/or the date the searched units are available for rent.
Enhanced Integration With Your Leases. The Marketing Tab now provides users historical detail as well as visibility into the occupancy status of their units. The Lease Status column allows users to differentiate between vacant and occupied units, while providing a history of all leases attached to any unit with a single click. Simply click the Lease Status link for a specified unit. You can even create a new lease from the Marketing Tab by selecting the "Lease Unit" option from the Action column.
Better Control Over What Appears On Your Website. You can now dynamically control the rentals that appears on your Propertyware Marketing Website by simply selecting and deselecting the checkboxes within the first column of the Marketing Tab (indicated by a green check icon). Even further, you may select the units to be included in the Featured Rental rotation on your website by selecting and deselecting the checkboxes within the second column of the Marketing Tab (indicated by a house icon).
