Vendors

Bill Pay
- New filter to view unpaid bills by vendor and those that were created from auto bills

Analytics
- Enhancement to the Aged Receivables Report allows you to exclude liability accounts from the generated report
Mail Merge
- New lease mail merge fields for Tenant Statements, such as Primary Contact Address, Company Address, Building Property Manager, a Delinquent Charges table (late fees excluded), and a table for All Contacts Named on Lease
- Enhancements to the mail merge editor that include a right click menu from within the editor
- Option to attach a copy of mail merge documents to leases and owner’s portfolios
Maintenance Module
- New search style picker for selecting the location of an incoming service request
- Improved “Submitted By” field lookup to verify and locate the correct contact on incoming service requests
- New standard work order fields, such as Scheduled Start Date, Estimated Time, Required Materials and Closing Comments
- New Prioirty Filter on the Maintenance summary page to view and categorize work orders
- Ability to attach files to bills created on a work order

Management Setup
- Management fee rule enhancements now allow you to set a flat management fee for an entire portfolio
- An enhancement to the management fee calculator now allows you to set a specified commission percentage on expense and liability accounts
- Ability to rename your Management Company name and Management Portfolio abbreviations
Management Summary Page
- Management summary page now displays the sum of all unpaid bills by owner portfolio and a link to Bill Pay
- Management summary page now includes new tables that historically track Owner's Statements, Owner Contacts, Owner Draws and Contributions, Operating Reserve, Notes and Documents
Management Fee Calculator
- Now you can create your management fees, record owner draws, generate owner’s statements and lock the accounting on owner portfolios with just a few simple clicks
- Filter the management fee calculation using your own customizable date range
- An enhanced management fee calculator provides a summary of all commission accounts, your management fee percentage, and calculated management fee
- Create management fee bills as unpaid or paid from portfolio income
Management Statements
- Owner's Statements can now be attached to the owner’s portfolio after you generate them
- View a history of all past Owner's Statements
- New Owner’s Statement includes a loan table with all loan transactions
Propertyware Sync for QuickBooks
- Enhancement to sync groups allows you to exclude designated Propertyware accounts from synchronizing with your QuickBooks Chart of Accounts

These enhancements sound good, any news on when you will give us the ability to save/memorize reports. We would love that option as we find a hassle to re-create an adv. lease report everytime you want to run one.
