For Sale: Dracula's Castle

High on a cliff in Transylvania, the 800-year-old castle once hosted Vlad the Impaler — a torture loving warlord immortalized in fiction as Dracula- is for sale. The selling price? How about $135 million.

I search the web often for great real estate opportunities and just couldn't resist this one. The original home of the Dracula myths is for sale. Aside from a tourist site that hosts some 450,000 people visit the castle every year, this cozy little palace would be a perfect pre-halloween addition to your Propertyware portfolio.
