Why does it take so long to upgrade the service?
During the migration to the new version of Propertyware we run data integrity tests and updates to the database. With thousands of users on our platform, this process can take several hours. This is why these upgrades are scheduled during off hours on Saturdays and Sundays.
Do I need to do anything to prepare?
No. Your account will automatically be upgraded with the updates performed on Saturday night. We do encourage you to watch the Propertyware Summer '08 Sneak Peek webinar that was recorded and is available from the Training section of the Support Portal. To view this video:
- Log into your Propertyware account
- Click the Support link in the upper right corner of any page
- Click the Training tab on the navigation menu
- Scroll down to the Recorded Webinars section and click the header to display the available videos
