Lead Emails and Alerts, providing you real-time notification of your tenant leads

As the ultimate platform to market your vacancies and generate tenant leads, your Propertyware Website is functionally equipped to deliver prospective tenant information to your property managers in real-time. When an inquiring tenant prospect submits an Online Guest Card from your Propertyware Website, a contact in the category "lead" is automatically generated within your account and viewable from your Property Spotlight dashboard.  This lead is delivered to your property managers in real-time in the form of an automated email notification and alert.

 

(1) A Lead Email is an automated email sent to the property manager assigned to, or responsible for leasing, the inquired about unit. A Lead Email will generate in the following format, where the Desired Unit field designates the inquired about unit, or unit of interest, and the Assigned To field designates the property manager assigned to such unit.

 

 

(2) A Lead Alert is an automated alert sent to the property manager assigned to, or responsible for leasing, the inquired about unit. An Alert will generate in the following format, where the Description field includes a direct link to the lead contact, and the Users Notified field designates the property manager assigned to the inquired about unit, or unit of interest. Which of my Property Managers receives a Lead Email and Alert?

The Lead Email and Alert recipient will vary depending on whether a tenant prospect submits an Online Guest Card from a rental listing or rental search on your Propertyware Website:

 

If a website visitor submits an Online Guest Card by clicking the Contact Agent button found within a listing posted on the Rentals page of your website, a Lead Email and Alert will be automatically sent to the property manager assigned to the desired unit.

      Note: How is a property manager assigned to a desired unit? Simply assign a property manager to the building in which the units belongs.

If a website visitor submits an Online Guest Card by clicking the Wait List button (displayed when a rental search retrieves no results that match the search parameters entered), a Lead Email and Alert will be automatically sent to all property managers in your organization.
