My Account
My Account is your User Account in Propertyware. By clicking the My Account link within the application, Propertyware pulls up the User Account for only the currently logged in user. Only a Propertyware Administrator may access the Administration Setup section of the application, where all User Accounts within your organization are listed. The ordinary user can only access his or her User Account from My Account.
To access My Account:
Click Setup.

Choose My Account from the Setup Menu located on the left sidebar.

This will take you to theAccount Information Page; you can edit and view your account here:

Edit -- Click this button to edit your contact information.
Grant Support Access -- Click this button to allow a Customer Support Representative to access your account.
Change Password -- Click this button to change your Password.
Upload User Photo -- Click Browse and then Upload to upload a .jpg file of a personal photo to your account.
Portfolio, Building and Bank Account Restrictions -- The Portfolio, Building, and/or Bank Account Restrictions -- those that you are restricted to accessing, as opposed to from accessing -- are listed here.
