In Propertyware, a contact is an individual, whether a tenant, vendor, lead or personal relation, whose personal information and history of communications may be tracked within the application. Each contact is stored in the form of a contact card which may be shared publicly with all users within your organization or alternatively, assigned as private to the user who created it. A contact, if a tenant or vendor employee, may be attached to a lease or vendor within the application.
