The Propertyware Spotlight feature located on the Desktop Home Page provides a snapshot of how your properties are performing in real-time. One simple table displays a live summary of the performing and underperforming segments of your properties. Using the drop down menu in the upper right corner of the table, you may select to track these performance metrics by a particular Building, Portfolio or All Portfolios.

The live summary displayed in the Property Spotlight table is broken down by the following key performance metrics:

• Unpaid Tenant Charges- Displays the number of tenants currently in default of rent payment and the sum total of all unpaid rent charges to date. To the right of these totals, the Quick Collect link takes you to the Finance section of the application where you can collect the rent monies you're owed.

• Bills Past Due- Displays the number and sum total of all vendor bills owing and past due. To the right of these totals, the Bill Pay link takes you to the Finance section of the application where you can pay past due bills owed to your vendors.

• Vacant Units Resulting in Lost Income- Displays your current number of vacancies and the resultant sum total in lost income. To the right of these totals, the Market Vacancies link takes you to the Marketing section of the application where you can immediately post your available rental units to your website.

• New Prospects from your Portal- Displays the number of Prospects who have made inquiries in response to rental postings from your Portal. To the right of this total, the View Prospects link takes you to the Prospects area of the Marketing tab.

• Service Requests Received- Displays the number of service requests received from your current tenants. To the right of this total, the View Service Requests link takes you to the Maintenance section of the application where you can convert your service requests into work orders.
