Task Lists
What is a Task List? What is a Task?
Propertyware's Task Lists allow you and your management team to track dynamically evolving projects and checklists that needs to get done. Each item within a Task List is called a Task. Whether logging routine or non-routine tasks, Task Lists are a great way to align your entire team, manage their performance and add process around management projects. Alas, a way of facilitating seamless communication among your team members and ensuring that tasks get done.
My Task List vs. Shared Task Lists
Propertyware provides two types of Tasks Lists:
My Task List. By default, each user account receives a private My Task List which centralizes all tasks that have been assigned to the user. Whether self-assigned by the user or assigned by other users, My Tasks will keep track of tasks requiring your attention.
Shared Task Lists. Users may also create any number of additional Task Lists to be shared publicly between the various user accounts within your organization.
