You can create periodic work orders assigned to a primary unit on an lease through Inspection Schedules. An Inspection Schedule can be set on an individual lease or on the lease form, to be applied to all new and existing leases.

To create an inspection schedule on a lease form:

1. Click the Setup link in the upper right corner of any page of the application.

2. Choose the Leases link from the Customize menu that appears on the left side bar.

3. Click the Lease Forms button.

4. This page lists the available lease forms in your Propertyware account. Choose the Edit link from the Actions column.

5. Follow the instructions for editing your lease form.
