You can edit any tenant payment that you have recorded, even if it has been included in a closed bank deposit. To edit a tenant payment:

 

  1. Locate the lease by using Search or the Lease Navigator.

  2. Click the Tenant Ledger button on the Sub-Navigation Bar.

  3. Click the Edit link that appears in the Actions column.

  4. The Record Payment Received window will appear. Record any changes to the payment here; then click Save.

  5. The changes made to this payment will also be reflected in the corresponding bank deposit. Note that if the you change the total amount of a payment, you will also change the total amount of the deposit in which that payment has been included, even if the deposit is closed.
