The Lease Summary Page summarizes all the specific data applicable to a given Lease -- from lease terms and charges to tenant contacts and attached documentation. Propertyware automatically builds a new Lease Summary Page for each new lease you create. When viewing a lease, you are effectively viewing its Lease Summary Page.

To view the Lease Summary Page for a lease:

1. Click on the Leases Tab of the application.

2. Using Search or the Lease Navigator located on the left sidebar of the page, search for the lease you are looking for.

3. From the search results, select the desired lease. Depending on how you ran your search in Step 2, your search results will display either on a Search Results page or within the Lease Navigator Menu.

4. Once the desired lease is selected, the page will refresh and display the Lease's Summary Page.
