To view a Service Request:

  1. Locate your service requests by using Search or clicking the Maintenance Tab from any page of the application.

  2. From the Search Your Work Orders table, select the Service Request option from the By Type drop down menu. Alternatively, your service requests will be numerically identified in red within the yellow header appearing below the Search Your Work Orders table.

  1. The Work Orders table will show all your service requests. From here, you can further refine your search by filtering by Portfolio?Building, Status. Vendor, Priority, Date, and Category.
