Propertyware's Management Module, also referred to as the Management Tab, is mission critical to your business if you are a property management company that charges fees for managing portfolios of any size for other owners. This area of the application provides property management companies an arsenal of tools necessary to run their day-to-day operations. These tools include the functionality to track Owner Draws, Owner Contributions, Operating Reserve and Ending Cash Balance for each portfolio managed, as well as the reporting tools to generate Owner's Statements that track income, expenses and bottom line profitability by Portfolio.

Once your Propertyware Administrator completes your Management Settings, Propertyware will:

• Create a Management Vendor named after your company for purposes of tracking your income, i.e., income from management fees charged to your owners).

• Create a Management Portfolio named after your company for purposes of tracking your income as well as your own business expenses, i.e., your day-to-day operational expenses (as distinguished from the expenses incurred by the portfolios you manage).
