Portals - Content
(Available to Premium Module Subscribers Only)
To edit the content that appears on your Propertyware Portal:
Click the Portals tab.
From the Portals Settings menu located in the left side bar of the page, click the Content link.
The Pages table displays all the available pages on your marketing website and the various options to view, activate, or edit each page. By default, your Propertyware website comes with the following pages:

This page is used to give a brief description of your properties or management company. |

This page allows you to provide more detail about your company and the services you provide your tenants or property owners. |

Rentals |
This page displays a descriptions for the buildings and units available for leasing. Content on this page can be edited from the Marketing tab in Propertyware. |

Contact Us |
This page provides a generic form for Portal to contact your property management company directly. Submitted forms will receive an auto response from Propertyware and converted into a Prospect (Inquiry Type = General Question). In addition, all Property Managers will receive an instant email Alert. |

Contact Agent |
This page provides a form for prospective tenants to contact your property management company directly. Submitted forms will receive an auto response from Propertyware and converted into a Prospect (Inquiry Type = Showing). In addition, all Property Managers will receive an instant email Alert. |

This page provides a an online application form for prospective tenants to reserve a unit and start the screening process. Submitted forms will receive an auto response from Propertyware and converted into a Prospect (Inquiry Type = Applicant). In addition, all Property Managers will receive an instant email Alert. |

Tenants |
This page allows tenants to submit a Service Request for maintenance issues. When a service request is submitted, a Service Request Notification describing the issue is sent to your maintenance contact. |
