The Portals module, also referred to as the Portals tab, may be accessed only if subscribed to as a Premium Add-On Module by your Propertyware Administrator from the Subscription Settings page of Propertyware's Administration Setup. The Propertyware Portals module controls the content, design and setup for your hosted website. The Portals module is only available to those users that have subscribed to this premium add-on module.  From the Portals module you can control the following:

1. • General Setup - Upload your logo, enter your company contact information, and control the general settings for your Portal.

   • Design - Select a design template to define the look of your website.

   • Content - Select which pages you intend to make visible on your Portal and customize your Portals content.  

   • Seo/Analytics - If you subscribe to Google Adwords or Google Analytics to measure your website metrics, enter your tracking codes here.

   • Tenant Portal - Configure the level of access tenants have to their account through the Tenant Portal, including viewing their balances, making ePayments, and submitting Service Requests.
