Adding images to your Buildings makes it easier for your team to identify them from one another and market them on your Propertyware Marketing Website. To upload an image file to your building:

Select the Properties Tab from any page of the application.

From the Navigator menu located on the left sidebar of the page, select the Building option from the View By drop down menu.

Select the building to which you would like to attach a photo.

Click the Multimedia Tab at the bottom of the Building Summary Page.

Click the Add Images button within the Multimedia Tab.

Click the Browse button and find the image(s) you would like to upload from your hard drive, then click Open. Your image needs to be either a .jpeg or .gif file.

Enter an optional short description for the image. These descriptions will appear beneath the image on the building summary page and on your Propertyware Marketing Website.

Repeat steps 5 through 7 to add additional photos and descriptions.

Then click the Upload button.
