When using the Property Navigator menu in the Properties tab, your Buildings will appear in alphabetical order according to their abbreviated name by default. However, you have the option change the order that your buildings appear in the Property Navigator menu.
To Reorder Buildings in a Portfolio:

Click on the Properties Tab from any page of the application.

Select View By: Portfolio in the view filter in the property navigator menu.

Select the portfolio in which you would like to reorder the buildings.

Choose Reorder Buildings from the related activities menu in the left sidebar.

Click on the building you wish to reorder and then use the up and down arrows on the right to move it up or down. To select multiple buildings, click on each building while holding down the Ctrl key.

When you are finished reordering the buildings, click the Save button.
