A Portfolio Summary Page is an informational page which organizes data specific to each of your Portfolios, from Portfolio Name and Abbreviation to the Portfolio's Target Operating Reserve and Management Fee settings. Propertyware automatically attaches a Portfolio Summary Page to each new Portfolio created within your account. Unique to each Portfolio, this informational page may be found within the Properties Tab of the application. When viewing a Portfolio, you are effectively viewing its Portfolio Summary Page.
