The Sidebar consists of the following menu items:

• Search. Use Propertyware Search, located at the top of the left sidebar, to quickly locate the information you seek. As an alternative to navigating through the application's various tabs, use Propertyware Search to quickly retrieve a specific contact, property, lease, vendor or work order and related bills.

• Related Activities. The Related Activities drop down menu, located below Propertyware Search, lists related actions that may be performed from your current page view. This menu will display different actions depending on the area of the application and the page you are viewing. From a Lease Detail Page within the Leases Tab, for example, the Related Activities menu will provide options to create a New Lease, Move Out & Terminate a Lease, or generate a Mail Merge for lease pertinent documents such as late fee notices, eviction notices and more.  

• Navigators. Propertyware Navigators are powerful search features which enable you to browse, search and sort through your data with tremendous ease. Appearing within the left sidebar of the Contacts, Leases and Properties tabs of the application, these Navigators allow you to sort through your data alphanumerically by way of an organized menu and various filter views. Fully expandable and collapsible, these Navigators will hide when you click on other menu items, such as My Tasks, from the left sidebar.

• My Tasks. This expandable and collapsible menu displays the items in your private task list.

• Recent Items. This expandable and collapsible menu displays a list of up to 10 items you've most recently viewed. To see the details of an item, click on the corresponding item or its icon. Your Recent Items may show fewer than 10 items if you have deleted any of your recently viewed items or just started using Propertyware.

• Alerts. This expandable and collapsible menu displays a list of any Maintenance Alerts or Lease Alerts set up on your account. Users who are assigned as your company's Property Managers will additionally receive alerts each time a tenant lead is generated and rental inquiry is submitted from the rentals page of your Propertyware Website.

• Useful Links. This expandable and collapsible menu contains useful web links shared by all users within your account. Included as Useful Links is your Propertyware Website and Propertyware Advantage, a web log of best practices, new feature and recommended training sessions delivered by Propertyware for Propertyware users only.
