With Propertyware Summer '07, you can track website traffic on your Propertyware Portal with Google analytics and see how long visitors stay on your site, determine your site's most popular pages, and much more. The new Propertyware Portal also integrates with Google Adwords to help you track the effectiveness of your pay-per-click campaigns.
Dozens of New Design Templates
 Give your Propertyware Portal a new look with only a few clicks of your mouse! Choose from dozens of new professionally designed templates for your business. You can even finetune any of our templates to meet your needs or create one from scratch with help from our design team.

Improved Document Uploader and Storage Space
Propertyware Summer '07 allows you to upload multiple files at one time from various areas of the application. We've also increased the standard free storage on all our subscription plans to 500MB, with affordable increased storage plans up to
1 TB (that's a lot in geek talk)!
Property Enhancements
Zillow Valuation Integration
 The summary page for residential buildings now includes valuation data from Zillow. Zillow valuations are based on search results on the building’s address and includes an estimated property value, recent sales in the neighborhood, and a chart of the valuation over time.
New Image Uploader and Slideshows
 We've introduced a new Multimedia tab on Buildings and Units, making it easier to upload multiple photos at one time. Once you've uploaded your photos, you can enjoy them in high resolution with a cool new slideshow feature.
Lease Enhancements
 ePayments to Simplify the Collections Process
Set up your tenants to be charged electronically and eliminate the countless hours spent tracking down and processing tenant payments. Your ePayment enabled Propertyware account will include a new Auto ePayment section on Leases, allowing you to set up scheduled credit card or eCheck payments. Once you have a tenant's ePayment information on file, you can even use it to process payments for one-time charges.
New Auto Charges Frequencies
Propertyware Summer '07 introduces weekly auto charge types for vacation and short-term rentals, and yearly-accrual charge types which will post a year’s worth of charges all at once.
Iteration Option for One-Time Charges
Creating multiple one-time charges on a Tenant Ledger is now a breeze! The new iteration option on one-time charges allows you to create multiple copies of a one-time charge, evenly distributed in one month increments.
Marketing Enhancements
Introducing Prospects!
Your leads are now called Prospects and they no longer appear in the Contacts tab. Propertyware Summer '07 introduces a new section in the Marketing tab called Prospects where you can view and sort your incoming Prospects from your Propertyware Portal and create new ones manually. Convert your Prospects into a tenant attached to a new Lease with a single click.
Prospects Can Fill Out Applications Online
Collect application information online or enter it manually on your Prospects. This application data will soon be available for real-time screening online.*
Unit Inventory
Propertyware Summer '07 also introduces a new Unit Inventory section to the Marketing tab. From here you can browse through all your units when speaking to Prospects and control the vacancies that appear in the Rentals sections of your Portal.

Owners Are No Longer Users By Default
All owners added to your Portfolios are no longer users by default and are now available from Propertyware's Setup. You can still set up user accounts for those owners for whom you would like to allow online access to their portfolio information.
