Benefit from comprehensive, hands-on training in an interactive and collaborative environment. Our Professional Services team will build a customize curriculum based on your needs, covering a variety of topics designed for both administrators and users.

These personalized training program are designed to provide your users with a thorough understanding of all of Propertyware features, as well as the underlying concepts that'll let you make the best use of these features. With this training, you'll become familiar with the the basics for managing property, lease and tenant information, as well as how to leverage our Premium Add-On Modules.

The training consists of ten modules that roughly correspond to the tabs in the Propertyware application application. Each training module takes about an hour to complete. They're delivered by a live by a Propertyware staffer via a web interface using a web conferencing system. These modules are interactive and designed to get students to both learn the Propertyware application and discuss how each module can impact their business.

The cost of training is $150 per module when taken individually. You can take all seven training modules for only $750.

Training Modules Include:

Propertyware Basics	Covers the basic architecture of the Propertyware application and the various modules. Includes a review of best practices for setting up your account, importing data, and other valuable administrator tools.
Lease Administration	A complete review of the Leases module that includes configuration, creating new leases, move-in and move-out, alerts, mail merge and the tenant ledger.
Collecting Income	Covers the basics for invoicing tenants, collecting all types of income, managing bank deposits, and the valuable reports for gauging your management team's collections efforts.
Tracking and Paying Bills	A detailed review of the Money Out module that covers managing vendors, recording bills and bill pay. Includes a discussion for best practices and valuable reports to gauge and control property expenses
Managing Work Orders	Covers the basic functionality of the Maintenance module, advanced configuration, and setup of your online service request form. Includes a review of the basic process for handling incoming service requests, work order approvals and managing work orders through completion.
Setting Up Your Website and Marketing Vacancies	Get your Propertyware Website setup and learn how to manage it using the control panel. Includes a review of best practices and suggested methods for driving traffic to your Propertyware Website.
Property Management Company Fundamentals	Covers the basics for configuring Propertyware's Management module to meet the needs of your business. Includes customizing Owner's Statements, calculating management fees, and managing owner draws/contributions.
