The founders of Propertyware share a common vision of creating a next generation property management solution to help property managers successfully manage their rental properties. Our goal is to provide your business with indispensable tools for managing any type of properties, by putting important information at your fingertips so you can make more informed decisions. We are on a mission to build a powerful yet simple property management solution that property managers will love to use.

Propertyware was started in 2001 by Sina Shekou and Adam Silverthorne, each an entrepreneur and pioneer of software as a service (SAAS) solutions for companies such as Salesforce.com and Market Tools. In the beginning, we were a small consulting firm helping landlords and management companies to organize all their data and provide better service to their tenants with web based tools that are accessible from anywhere. Many of our clients were desperately searching for a better solution than their insanely priced "enterprise solutions" like Yardi and Timberline. These systems were so complicated that our clients had to spend thousands of dollars to train everyone on how to use them. Crazy, huh?

Shocked and annoyed by all the terrible products our clients were using, we finally decided to build a simple solution for everyone that would forever change the way rental properties are managed. Our methodology has always been entirely customer-focused and online. We don't overwhelm you with features you will never use.

Since then, Propertyware has attracted thousands of users and helped companies of all sizes grow their businesses with incredible ease.
