Inaas Arabi

Inaas Arabi joined RealPage in 2019, to lead the single-family division. He brings many years of single-family property management experience from managing start-ups, to large portfolios. As a former Propertyware customer and VP of Rental Property Management over a large multi-state portfolio, Inaas gained in-depth understanding of Propertyware and Consumer Solutions. His goal is to serve as the voice of the customer and develop new and innovative ways to help property managers attain profitability and growth.

John Bykowski

John Bykowski is Chief Executive Officer, member of the Board of Directors, and co-founder of Fourandhalf, which offers marketing solutions for property managers. He has managed corporate direction and specialized in operations for much of his career, and has developed processes for small companies in diverse industries, such as marketing technology, social networking, video production, trade shows and exhibitions and cloud-based software. John’s hands-on leadership style and out-of-box thinking has helped Fourandhalf and many of its clients succeed. John grew up in Hawthorne, New Jersey, and received his bachelor’s degree in film and media from the University of Michigan.
