As co-owner of 3rd Base Realty Group, LLC in Phoenix, Jeff Shelton has been an entrepreneur and a marketing and customer service specialist for more than 20 years. Managing a substantial staff and hundreds of properties through property management, maintenance and real estate services, Jeff was a valuable part of Propertyware’s Application Portal soft launch. He is able to customize his data sets and dashboard tools in Propertyware to manage complex systems on even greater scale, as well as refine his business model and strategies on a continuous basis.
John Ashley is the Leasing Coordinator for Omega Realty Group in Birmingham, AL, effectively managing over 500 properties that are generating an estimated $500K+ in monthly income. After experience with different property management software, John has been his most effective with Propertyware, where he is able to monitor leads and have leases signed quickly from all parties. With his “Coffee is for Closers” mentality, he thrives on developing new ways to create efficiency and delivering high-quality services for those looking for a place to call home, which made him a valuable part of Propertyware’s Application Portal soft launch.
Former commercial pilot and union executive Todd J. Ortscheid is CEO of GTL Real Estate, a PMC with offices in Atlanta and Daytona Beach that he has been growing since 2014. Building GTL to over 400 units with 53% of revenue coming from ancillary fees has involved emphasizing automation and outsourcing opportunities to maximize efficiencies – currently the company operates almost exclusively as a "virtual" PMC with assistants in Mexico, India and the Philippines. This perspective, as well as his service in several NARPM national committees and task forces and Atlanta chapter leadership, made Todd a valuable part of Propertyware’s AI Screening soft launch.
Bill leverages his passion for the customer and over 20 years of experience in the software industry to create products that deliver on their promise. Bill is also an accomplished trainer and speaker and has shaped the experience of thousands of customers through innovation and process improvements.
Inaas Arabi joined RealPage in 2019, to lead the single-family division. He brings many years of single-family property management experience from managing start-ups, to large portfolios. As a former Propertyware customer and VP of Rental Property Management over a large multi-state portfolio, Inaas gained in-depth understanding of Propertyware and Consumer Solutions. His goal is to serve as the voice of the customer and develop new and innovative ways to help property managers attain profitability and growth.
